What does NWOKE mean?

Who founded NWOKE Essentials?
NWOKE Essentials was founded by former professional football player Carlton Agudosi after seven years playing across the NFL, CFL, and XFL. The brand was born from a simple observation: while training methods continued to evolve, one everyday essential never did—the washcloth.
